Dashboard design
for the cooperative sector.

Cooperatives and mutuals operate under governance structures and member relationships that differ from conventional businesses. Standard reporting tools rarely account for this.

Altivanto designs dashboards that reflect how your organization actually works. Each indicator panel is built around your processes, your data, and the decisions your leadership team needs to make.

The result is a set of visual tools your team can use without relying on external analysts or complex software. Practical, readable, and specific to your organization.

What an engagement includes.

Every project is scoped to fit the organization. Here is what the work typically covers.

Operational Mapping

We document your existing processes, data sources, and reporting needs. This forms the foundation for every design decision that follows.

Indicator Definition

Together we identify which metrics matter, how they should be calculated, and what thresholds or targets are meaningful in your context.

Visual Dashboard Design

The dashboard layout, chart types, and visual hierarchy are designed for clarity. Non-technical users should be able to read the dashboard without explanation.

Board Report Templates

Structured report formats ready for governance meetings. Consistent layout, clear narrative flow, and the right level of detail for board-level discussion.

How a project unfolds.

Clear stages with defined outputs. No ambiguity about what happens and when.

1

Initial Conversation

We start with a call or meeting to understand your organization, your current reporting situation, and what you need to improve. No commitment required at this stage.

2

Scoping & Agreement

We define the scope of the project together: which areas to cover, what data is available, who will be involved from your side, and the timeline. Everything is documented clearly.

3

Discovery & Design

We work through the operational mapping and indicator definition phase. The first dashboard prototype is presented for your team's review. This is when the collaborative feedback loop begins.

4

Refinement Cycles

Based on feedback, we refine indicators, layouts, and report formats. Typically two to three rounds of review. The goal is a dashboard your team actually wants to use.

5

Delivery & Handover

Final dashboards, report templates, and documentation are delivered. We run a handover session with your team. The tools are yours to use and maintain from that point forward.
